RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
- RETURN POLICY
When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the items are damaged, and the customer can return it within 14 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. We will not allow a refund however the Customer will be eligible for store credit, which can be utilized later on, subjects to the following conditions given below:
Refund in Store Credit:
Our general policy is that your purchase is final and you will not be able receive a refund however in case of return of any product you will receive the store credit for that product.
Eligibility for Store Credit:
- - The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
- - The regular-priced unworn item is eligible for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
- - All customers must contact Couturefactory.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
- - Couturefactory.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to www.couturefactory.com.
- - You MUST fully complete the Store Credit Form, print and include the form with your returned items.
In a determination to accomplish user satisfaction, if there is an issue, you can contact us for a refund or any other issues through our email info@couturefactory.com.
We may refund you back in the following circumstances:
1. If we conclude that the original payment was made out of fraud;
2. If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error;
3. If we consider the refund is necessary as per user support staff as per our sole discretion.
We take user feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
